Paul van Zwam

Paul van Zwam is the owner of Vlemmings & Van Zwam where they work to coach, train, and develop people. In football, Paul worked for Feyenoord and Reading FC and he currently works as a mental coach for N.E.C.. His aim is to establish an optimal environment within the youth academy of N.E.C. for talent to develop. In his view, coaches need psychological knowledge and skills in order to develop the players and the team. In his career he has worked closely with football coaches with a view to integrate psychology and football. Paul is a registered sport psychologist (SPORTPSYCHOLOOG VSPN®) and supervises trainee sport psychologists.
